- Celebes Kolossi
Celebes is the traditional name of this coffee from the recently renamed country of Sulawesi in Indonesia. The coffee shares many of the same attributes of its neighbors Java and Sumatra. Full bodied (though lighter and more complex than Sumatran), it is well balanced, low in acid, has nutty overtones with delicate chocolate aftertaste and a velvety finish. A perfect complement to desserts.
- Colombian Supremo (Organic)
Colombia is arguably the best known coffee origin in the world although Brazil far out-produces it in tonnage. The Supremo designation refers to the largest and best coffee beans available from this South American country. Well balanced with medium to full body, full aroma, mellow fruit and nut (walnut) flavors with some chocolatey undertones, slightly acidic with a mild tartness on finish.
- Costa Rican (Organic)
Costa Rica is one of Central America's finest coffee producers The rich volcanic soil and mild Pacific climate of the Tarrazu region produces a coffee with bright acidity, full body and aroma, slightly sweet in the cup with hints of spice and lush fruit with a slight smokeyness.
- Ethiopian Harrar
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, first found growing wild in this northern African country on the arabian gulf. Ethiopian Longberry Harrar (natural, dry method processed) has a light to medium body, the coffee has complex vegetative, earthy and winey notes with hints of spice. brightly acidic with a berry like aroma.

- Guatemalan Antiqua (Organic)
Antiqua is one of the finest coffee producing regions in Guatemala. The coffee has a lively acidity in the cup, well-rounded flavors with medium to full body, hints of chocolate, spice and smoke. Dry white wine notes in the cup and aroma.
- Kenya AA
Mellow, well balanced and medium bodied. Dry wine-like characteristics with blackberry and citrus notes, this coffee has a lush floral aroma with a crisp finish.
- Mexican High Grown (Organic)
A very nice morning coffee, with a light body, mild acidity, sweet nutty flavors and a delicate bouquet.
- Sumatran Mandheling (Organic)
This dry method coffee has a rich, syrupy, full body. The coffee is low in acidity, with sweet earthy, herbal nuances and a mild herbal aroma that reminds us of autumn leaves.
- Tanzanian Peaberry
Grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Medium to full bodied, Rich elegant taste with a medium acidity and slight tangyness. Fine mild aroma.

A distinctive, pungent, complex wine like flavor, full bodied with chocolate overtones, interesting complex aroma. Yemen's coffee is grown in remote areas and because of the primitive agricultural methods used in its production is and always has been an organic product.
